This is for Permanent Full-Time / Part-Time or Fixed Term Full-Time / Part-Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Job Share arrangements may be considered. There are up to seven opportunities initially available. What is our Senior Project Officer Transformation role? This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated project professional to support the delivery of transformation, reform and service improvement initiatives across NMHS, contributing to improved outcomes for patients, staff and the community. The Senior Project Officer provides project management, coordination and implementation support for a range of strategic initiatives that align with NMHS priorities and vision for the future. The role works closely with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders to plan, implement and evaluate projects, while supporting service redesign, organisational change and continuous improvement activities across NMHS. You will contribute to the development of project plans, governance documentation, reports and business cases, while monitoring project progress, risks and outcomes. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and work collaboratively across a complex healthcare environment. You will play an important role in supporting successful project delivery and helping to drive innovative, sustainable and future-focused healthcare services. Applicant Requirements The ideal candidate will demonstrate: • Project management experience within health in relation to clinical service redesign, service reform and change (service improvement, service reconfiguration or service redesign). • Ability and experience to prioritise work, manage multiple projects and achieve project outcomes within agreed timeframes. • Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision but contribute to the achievement of team goals and cohesive team working. • Well-developed consultation, workshop facilitation and negotiation skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels. • Well-developed written communication and report writing skills. • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop innovative solutions to identified problems.
