Senior Quality and Training Officer

About this role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality & Training Officer to join the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). This role is required to provide coaching to Quality & Training team members supporting their ongoing development, to deliver business aligned outcomes to increase capability through instructional design and training delivery, quality monitoring, knowledge management and project implementation. This position is a permanent, full-time role and is located in the Brisbane CBD with generous flexible working arrangements. Culture is how we work together.
