About this role

The New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) are recruiting to fill roles in the Guardianship Division of NCAT, Sydney CBD. * Sydney CBD * 1 x Ongoing role and 6 x Temporary roles (fulltime 35 HPW) * Diverse and inclusive organisation * Generous leave entitlements including flex leave * Clerk Grade 3/4, base salary ($87,199 - $95,482), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Your role * Assist clients to understand the Tribunal process, including encouraging the participation of persons with a disability * Provide information to clients face to face, by phone or in writing * List and prepare matters for hearing, write hearing reports for the Tribunal, prepare, and send documents to clients * Contact clients to determine how they will participate in Tribunal hearings * Comply with procedures and legislation relevant to the Tribunal In the course of their work NCAT staff may be exposed to psychosocial hazards and risks.
