In this role, you'll: As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and delivery teams to analyse requirements, design solutions, and support the implementation of Salesforce capabilities that improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities include: Analysing and documenting complex business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. Developing and maintaining EPICs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle. Facilitating workshops, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning activities, and stakeholder engagement forums. Providing expert advice on Salesforce capabilities, platform opportunities, and solution options. Supporting solution build, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant Salesforce solutions. Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through the effective use of Salesforce technology. About you You are a proactive and collaborative Salesforce professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant in a complex enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, declarative development, and solution delivery practices. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain language. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
