You will work both independently and as a leader of small project teams, applying your expertise to deliver accurate, efficient and reliable technical outcomes. Your responsibilities will include conducting a variety of laboratory activities, providing technical guidance to colleagues and contributing to the development of new procedures and process improvements that enhance service delivery. In this role, you will bring: • Qualifications & Technical Expertise Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant technical discipline, supported by extensive knowledge of laboratory principles, practices and scientific concepts. • Laboratory Experience & Problem-Solving Demonstrated experience in a Blood Bank or medical laboratory environment, with proven ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues and meet client requirements efficiently. • Communication & Teamwork Strong verbal and written communication skills, sound interpersonal abilities and a positive approach to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. • Organisation, Quality & Safety Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workloads, supervise and train others, and uphold high standards of quality, safety and customer service.
