About the Role The Service Request Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and continuously improving Council’s end-to-end service request process, ensuring customer enquiries and requests are managed professionally, efficiently and transparently from receipt through to completion About You You’re a collaborative team player who values respect, integrity and shared success.
