In this role, you'll: Right now, we have an opportunity available for a Senior Manager Infrastructure Reliability & Reporting to join the Network Maintenance Division. Reporting to the Director Maintenance Engineering, this role will see you lead a specialist team of Reliability Engineers to support reliability initiatives throughout the Engineering & Maintenance Division across all disciplines. This role monitors, analyses and provides recommendations on how rail assets perform against the required specifications and performance requirements. Providing reliability engineering governance across all engineering disciplines through an engagement framework to ensure consistency and robustness of the Reliability Engineering solutions and asset performance. This is a key Engineering leadership role acting as the SME on Reliability Engineering focused on building a roadmap that defines our reliability strategy ensuring it delivers tangible outcomes. About you You will be a qualified Engineer (ideally Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics) who is trained in reliability engineering or reliability centred maintenance. You will have significant experience leading Reliability Engineering functions in a complex, heavy industry and multi-disciplinaryenvironments, with a strong focus on the management and optimisation of linear assets. In addition to technical knowledge and expertise, you will be highly solutions-focused continually seeking ways to drive asset, systems and process improvement. You will have demonstrated negotiation and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present findings to a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
