Social Worker - Senior

About this role

The position of Senior Social Worker will deliver high level, evidence based, tertiary clinical social work services to patients across the continuum of care (acute, sub-acute, and ambulatory setting) within the medical/oncology/acute stream with specific emphasis on the provision of services within the special clinical areas. Provide professional leadership and management in the co-ordination and delivery of paediatric social work services under the direction of the Social Worker - Clinical Leader (Medical / Oncology) and actively participate in teaching and training, service development/ improvement, supervision and departmental planning.
