Team leader- directs and controls the day to day operations and activities of the shift to provide high quality services and outstanding customer care.

Selection Criteria • Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them. • Previous experience in an Endoscopy unit and/or Sterilizing Services Department and demonstrated knowledge of the workflow and processes. • Good communication skills, both written and oral including the ability to listen to and undertake direction. • Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and strict time frames in a fast paced environment. • Ability to communicate well and function harmoniously within a multicultural team environment • Understanding of Infection Prevention and Control guidelines, National Sterilisation standards and WH&S requirements. • Ability to meet all physical requirements as described in the position description.
