About this role

Yo u’re someone who wants to create outcomes that have a real impact on the people of NSW. You’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise in communication, problem-solving, empathy and conflict resolution to help thousands of people every day. In this role, you'll: Analyse, document and translate business requirements into clear system specifications for Equip (SAP) and other enterprise solutions that support effective technology delivery outcomes, while contributing to solution design, system configuration, data analysis, testing and implementation activities to ensure solutions are fit‐for‐purpose, integrated and aligned with organisational standards. In your role, you will elicit, analyse and document functional and technical requirements, use cases, user stories, support system design through specifications, data flow mapping and impact analysis, and contribute to solution configuration, data validation and end‐to‐end testing. You will also collaborate closely with delivery and business stakeholders to support implementation and release activities, investigate issues across complex integrations, and balance detailed analysis with delivery timeframes in fast‐moving environments. For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack. About you You’ll bring experience analysing how SAP solutions behave, documenting functional and non-functional requirements and technical details clearly, and working comfortably across system lifecycles, Agile/Waterfall delivery, testing and releases. You will have experience as a technical business analyst/systems analyst in at least two out of the five SAP functions, such as Finance to Manage (FTM), Procure to Pay (PTP), Plan to Deliver (PTD), Hire to Retire (HTR) and Time to Pay (TTP). Ideally, you’ll also have a degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, with any business analysis, SAP or Agile certifications seen as a bonus, and feel confident collaborating with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders in complex environments.
