In this role, you'll: The Technology Business Management (TBM) and Financial Operations (FinOps) Specialist is responsible for driving the maturity and adoption of TBM and FinOps practices to optimise technology spend, improve cost transparency, and enable data-driven decision making across the Technology function. The role focuses on end-to-end cost visibility across the asset lifecycle, ensuring accurate cost allocation, robust financial modelling, and alignment between technology investments and organisational priorities. It plays a critical role in delivering actionable insights, identifying efficiency opportunities, and supporting sustainable technology investment through strong financial governance and stakeholder engagement. About you The ideal candidate brings a strong financial background with a deep understanding of financial processes, cost allocation methodologies, and chargeback models within complex organisations. They have proven experience in TBM and/or FinOps, with the ability to conduct detailed analysis and translate financial data into clear, business-focused insights and recommendations. A proactive mindset is essential, with a track record of identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving efficiency improvements. The candidate will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, confidently engaging and influencing business leaders while holding them accountable, and effectively communicating financial concepts in accessible, non-technical language.
