The successful applicant will play an important role in supporting inclusive practices across the school, including the development and implementation of reasonable adjustments, differentiated teaching strategies, individual support plans and evidence-informed interventions. Working closely with the leadership team, classroom teachers, support staff and families, the Inclusion Teacher will help build staff capability and contribute to a culture where all learners are known, valued and supported.
