Successful applicants may: * Upskill on the job with two years of supported teaching experience, or * Apply for a Teach and Learn Scholarship (Technological and Applied Studies) and receive financial support while completing recognised university-level study, while working. Selection CriteriaApproval to teach Technology Mandatory, OR preparedness to retrain by undertaking further study or via on–the job experience supported by the NSW Department of Education. Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills with the capacity to work collaboratively and empathetically with teachers, support staff, parents and agencies. Capacity to implement effective classroom management strategies and contribute to differentiated teaching and learning programs to maximise student growth and promote high expectations for all students ConditionsSuccessful applicants may be entitled to a relocation support payment of $5,000 to $8,000 for eligible applicants. An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
