The Role: The Team Leader is an innovative senior professional responsible for leading and providing technical expertise in the development and delivery of State-led Code Amendments. The role supports growth, investment, and community liveability across Greater Adelaide. About You: To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities: • Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in planning or related discipline • Ability to interpret and implement policy, legislation, and regulations • High level written and verbal communication skills • Experience in policy development, strategic planning, or development assessment • Sound knowledge of planning processes and procedures • Strong understanding of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 • Strong stakeholder management experience Desirable Qualification: A recognised degree or post graduate qualification that supports the relevant discipline of planning and development. Special Conditions: Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment. A renewal will be required every 3 years. Remuneration: PO4 – $122,752 min – $133,635 max plus superannuation.
