About the Role Technology Support Officers work within the school, providing support for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operation. Technology Support Officers provide support to teachers and students with technology-related issues and ensure that ICT services operate at agreed levels by collaborating with other ICT staff.
