Role Title: Trainee - Immunopathology Location: Prince of Wales Hospital Employment Type: Temporary Full Time Contract Dates: From 1 February 2027 until 6 February 2028 (2027 Clinical Year) Requisition ID: CAM29861 What you'll be doing Understand and interpret immunopathology testing with awareness of clinical utility, and communicate this knowledge to patients under your care and/or to their caring medical teams. This requires a detailed understanding of the uncertainties around immunopathology testing, and within immunological disorders. Selection Criteria: * MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia in an appropriate registration category. * Be eligible to commence the final year of Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (Immunopathology) or dual Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (Immunopathology) / Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Clinical Immunology) laboratory training. * Proven ability to work as a team member with effective communication and interpersonal skills within a multidisciplinary team environment. * Demonstrated personal qualities including motivation, initiative, time management and commitment to professional development. * Demonstrated willingness to comply with hospital policy for infection control.
