Staff are supported to ensure patients, their families and carers are considered as partners in care to achieve optimal patient outcomes and best possible healthcare experience. * MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia. * Demonstrated commitment Surgical Training. * Ability to prioritise, organise, meet multiple demands and to effectively work as part of a team. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Interest and ability to participate in a teaching program and ability to conduct research. * A minimum of 3 years completed post graduate experience on commencement.
