What you'll be doing The Unaccredited Urology Trainee will provide patient care in the hospital and is expected to participate in the after-hours on-call roster, including returning to the hospital (call-backs) as required when on call. * MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia. * Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience including significant experience in Surgery. Possession of primary FRACS or working towards. * Demonstrated interest in teaching and research. * Demonstrated clinical competency; demonstrated ability to work independently within a supervised complex clinical environment utilising excellent clinical skills and judgement and expertise. * Demonstrated capacity to work within a multidisciplinary team. * Demonstrated excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and computer skills. * Involvement in continuous quality improvement.
