What you'll be doing Provide care for ENT patients treated within SWSLHD. This will involve all aspects of care including admission, general medical care, arranging and performing surgery, and post-operative care. * MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia. * At least three years' post graduate experience in public hospital service (or equivalent), including one year of complementary surgical experience and preferably 3-6 months experience in an ENT position as a Junior Medical Officer. * Demonstrates ability to work in a complex clinical environment. * Demonstrated excellent clinical skills and judgment. * Demonstrates teamwork, time management and problem solving skills in the clinical setting. * Experience and willingness to teach junior medical staff. * Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and risk management.
