What you'll be doing To provide timely and appropriate surgical services to patients within Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital with Vascular Surgical conditions who require clinical review or treatment by the Department of Vascular Surgery. * MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia. * Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience; previous general surgery experience, FRACS part 2 desirable. * Demonstrated ability to work in a complex clinical environment. * Demonstrated clinical competency; demonstrated ability to work independently within a supervised complex clinical environment utilising excellent clinical skills. * Demonstrated excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and computer skills. * Demonstrated capacity to work within a multi-disciplinary team. * Demonstrated experience and interest in research and teaching junior medical staff. * Participation in the Department / unit after hours roster.
