About the Role:

You will manage the operational requirements of the school's RTO structure, ensuring all policies, procedures, evidence collection, and delivery practices align with the Vocational Education and Training Quality Framework and National VET Regulator standards.

You will work closely with school leadership, teachers, external training providers, industry partners and employers to ensure vocational programs are compliant, effective and responsive to student and workforce needs.

About You:

You are an experienced vocational education professional with a strong understanding of RTO governance, compliance and quality systems.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in RTO administration, management or compliance.

• Sound knowledge of VET legislation, standards and quality frameworks.

• Exceptional organisational and record-management skills.

• Experience coordinating audits, compliance activities and quality assurance processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• The ability to build productive partnerships with industry, training providers and employers.

• A commitment to improving student outcomes through high-quality vocational education.

Key Responsibilities:

RTO Management and Compliance

• Lead the administration and operational management of the school's RTO responsibilities.

• Ensure compliance with ASQA requirements, VET Quality Framework standards and departmental policies.

• Coordinate internal audits, validation activities and compliance reviews.

• Maintain accurate VET records, student data, assessment evidence and reporting documentation.

• Support continuous improvement processes and quality assurance practices across all VET programs.

Vocational Education Leadership

• Coordinate vocational education programs across Years 10 to 12.

• Develop and monitor school-based apprenticeships, traineeships and work experience programs.

• Strengthen partnerships with employers, training organisations and industry stakeholders.

• Support teachers and staff in meeting VET delivery and assessment requirements.

• Contribute to the strategic development of vocational and career pathway initiatives.
