About the Role Be the welcoming face of the ward and help keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll provide essential administrative support, coordinate key ward activities and work closely with clinical teams to deliver a positive experience for patients and their families. • Welcome patients, visitors and staff with friendly support • Coordinate ward admin and daily patient flow activities • Maintain accurate patient records and book appointments • Order ward supplies and monitor stock levels • Liaise with clinical teams and hospital departments About You You're organised, approachable and thrive in a busy healthcare environment where great customer service and teamwork make a real difference. • Experience in office or frontline customer service roles • Confident with Microsoft Office and booking systems • Strong communication and time management skills • Accurate data entry and sound admin knowledge • Handle confidential information with care and discretion Why You’ll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter We know that a great career is about more than just the work you do, it’s also about the support you receive.
