In this role, you'll: Working as part of a team, you’ll deliver the detailed design, coordination and implementation of wayfinding signage and customer information across transport projects and locations within the built environment. You’ll contribute to a largescale, statewide rollout of B-Pole wayfinding infrastructure at bus stops across NSW, helping deliver clear, consistent customer information across thousands of public transport locations. This role will see you develop, coordinate and document detailed design and implementation plans, and prepare production documentation packages. You will manage external contractors, consult with bus operators, local councils, and project stakeholders, and support implementation through site inspections and resolution of design and installation issues. You will lead wayfinding design and signage implementation outcomes in a complex, multistakeholder environment delivering across diverse projects, locations and high-profile public settings. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Wayfinding B-Pole Rollout team in the Strategy, Insights & Customer Experience branch within our Planning, Integration & Passenger Division. This is a fixed term opportunity until 31st August 2027 with a base location in Milsons Point office currently working hybrid. You’re recognized as collaborative and detail oriented, with experience preparing design documentation, managing contractors and supporting delivery across multidisciplinary transport project teams.
