What you'll be doing As a Registered Nurse in the Nurse Bank, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while adapting to a variety of clinical environments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting teams, and ensuring continuity of care. • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using clinical best practice
• Deliver safe, timely and culturally responsive nursing care
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients and carers
• Support and mentor junior staff, students and colleagues
• Maintain compliance with AHPRA standards, NSW Health policies and evidence-based practice

Essential Criteria: • Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse/Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria: • Proven effective and open communication skills, both written and verbal, that build greater cooperation and confidence in care delivery.
• Proven commitment to continuing professional development.
• Demonstrated critical thinking abilities with proven ability to use initiative be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated extensive post-graduate experience as a Registered Nurse with recent and relevant experience in an acute care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative team environment with a focus on delivering organised and prioritised care, in order to achieve the most effective and efficient outcomes for the patient.
• Sound knowledge of quality improvement and infection control practices.
