About us The Productivity Commission (PC) is the Australian Government's independent research and advisory body on a range of economic, social and environmental issues affecting the welfare of Australians. About the Register This register is open for applicants to express general interest in employment opportunities with the PC, including existing Australian Public Service (APS) employees seeking to transfer to the PC. This register enables the PC to access appropriately skilled and experienced individuals at short notice, should future non-ongoing vacancies arise at the APS Level 3 – Executive Level 2 classification. Positions that become available may be based in either our Melbourne or Canberra offices. Depending on the business needs of the PC, we may use the register to fill full-time, part-time or casual positions. In the application form, you will be required to select areas of interest and advise the skillsets most closely aligned with your experience. Applicants may be contacted and assessed for their suitability either through a formal or informal selection process as employment opportunities arise.
