Administration Officer – Optima Support Are you a data entry pro with an eye for precision? We have an immediate, 4-week contract for two Administration Officers to support a critical asset management system rollout! In this high-impact role, you will support the Asset Management team by accurately transitioning key records from external plans into the Optima system. If you bring exceptional attention to detail and strong manual data entry skills, we want to hear from you! The Details • Role Type: 4-Week Contract • Start: ASAP • Location: St Leonards NSW • Pay Rate: $42.14 per hour + super • Work Rights: Applicants must hold valid, unrestricted work rights in Australia Key Responsibilities • Data Integration: Execute accurate and timely manual data entry of records from external documents directly into the Optima system. • Workflow Management: Manage individual work priorities and workflow to ensure seamless system service delivery while collaborating with the wider team. • Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear, concise reports and correspondence to communicate workflow status, track progress, and escalate items to management when necessary. • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain positive, professional working relationships with internal operational staff and key stakeholders. Skills & Experience Required • Data Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to complete large volumes of data entry with high speed and flawless accuracy. • Technical Savvy: High-level competency using computer hardware, Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and electronic databases. • Organisational Skills: Proven experience prioritising administrative tasks, exercising independent judgement, and successfully meeting strict deadlines. • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Compliance Checks: Willingness to undergo a National Criminal Record Check and Service Check Register clearance.
