About the company Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced Program Secretariat Officer to join a high-profile reform program. This is an excellent opportunity for a governance professional with strong secretariat and administration experience to support senior stakeholders and contribute to a significant government initiative. About the role • Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, papers, and minutes. • Maintain governance records, registers, and forward work plans. • Manage meeting logistics and stakeholder communications. • Support program reporting, documentation, and administration. • Assist with schedules, risks, onboarding, and governance processes. About you • Experience in program administration, project coordination, or secretariat support. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Highly organised with strong attention to detail. • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools. • Government experience and relevant qualifications are highly regarded. Benefits • Contract through to 30 June 2027. • Full-time hours. • Canberra ACT location. • $65-$75 per hour + Super (guide). • Opportunity to support a high-profile government reform program.
