Business Support Officer – Safer Communities 3 month contract | On‐site | 38 hours per week Are you an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys problem‐solving and supporting operational teams? A local council is seeking a Business Support Officer to provide high‐level administrative, customer service and data management support to their Safer Communities team in Frankston. Join a busy community-focused team providing high-quality administrative and customer support across compliance, safety and community programs. Key Responsibilities • Deliver responsive customer service and manage public enquiries. • Process permits, applications, registrations and payments accurately. • Maintain records, databases and registers. • Prepare reports, correspondence and statistical information. • Coordinate internal requests and information flow. • Assist with complaint handling and administrative support across the department About you You’ll be someone who brings initiative, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
