Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD. • Please describe a significant service improvement, model of care change or quality initiative you have led within a surgical, perioperative or related clinical service. What was your approach, how did you engage stakeholders, and what outcomes were achieved? • This role requires leadership across multiple services and sites. Please provide an example of how you have built effective clinical relationships, influenced practice or achieved a shared outcome across multidisciplinary teams or organisations. • Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
