Where you'll be working Brookvale Community Health Centre What you'll be doing To provide safe and effective community nursing care to patients within their home using an individualised holistic approach related to the goals of care determined by the Primary Nurse (Registered Nurse) and within professional role limits and NSHNS Enrolled Nurse Scope of Practice. The Enrolled Nurse will work under both the direct and indirect supervision of the Registered/Primary Nurse. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse. • Recent significant experience as an Enrolled Nurse. • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment. • NSW Drivers Licence.
