What you'll be doing • Deliver high-quality customer service via telephone and face-to-face interactions, providing pathology results and responding to enquiries from patients and healthcare providers in a professional, confidential, and timely manner. • Provide a comprehensive range of administrative support services, including records management, data entry and maintenance, mail processing and distribution, register maintenance, filing, photocopying, and accurate compilation of departmental documentation.
