Visit The Welcome Experience | NSW Government Selection Criteria • Demonstrated expert knowledge and understanding of challenges and issues in relation to data integrity and how it applies to organisational performance. • Accountable for determining and managing own and team’s priorities and workload; monitoring team performance and completing work assignments and projects within agreed timeframes and in line with stakeholder requirements and relevant legislation and policy. • Demonstrated experience in representing an organisation in relation to data quality, data collections and system use with an organisation (or similar). • Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and analysis of data, with the willingness to develop competence in new data sets and learn software packages and technologies including online reporting technologies, as directed. • Proven effective written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation, prioritisation, motivational and change management skills, with a focus on maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholder groups. • Demonstrated understanding of compliance with minimum data sets and classification systems. • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with management and staff within and across teams to achieve organisational outcomes, while working flexibly in a rapidly changing environment. • Evidence of a current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
