About the Agency The Australian Digital Health Agency leads the national effort to digitally enable Australia’s health system. We support the delivery of person-centred, connected healthcare through the development and adoption of digital health services and systems. Our work includes managing My Health Record, Electronic prescriptions, and the 1800MEDICARE app , ensuring a healthier future for all Australians through connected healthcare. The Australian Digital Health Agency has multiple immediate vacancies available for Digital Adoption Support Officers, and intend to create a merit pool for anticipated future vacancies. We are looking for a customer-focused, tech-savvy professional to support healthcare providers in adopting national digital health solutions such as My Health Record, Provider Connect Australia and electronic prescribing systems. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships and helping others embrace new technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What you’ll do • Support healthcare providers via phone, email and online channels to navigate digital health systems. • Deliver practical guidance, education and onboarding support to drive digital adoption. • Troubleshoot enquiries, coordinate resolutions and work collaboratively with stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting, data quality and service improvements. • Identify barriers to adoption and recommend opportunities to enhance customer experience. • Apply sound judgement while delivering high-quality support within established policies and legislative frameworks. What you bring • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • A strong customer service mindset. • Confidence using Microsoft applications and digital systems. • The ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively. • Experience in healthcare, customer support, call centres or digital service environments is highly regarded
