What you will do as the Director, National Anti-Scam Centre ICT Delivery Manager As our National Anti-Scam Centre program transitions to a standard operating environment, we are seeking an experienced and business-focused ICT Delivery Manager to lead the ongoing delivery, support and enhancement of the Centre's technology services. The National Anti-Scam Centre leverages data, intelligence and analytics capabilities to identify, disrupt and prevent scams impacting Australian consumers. As the Director, National Anti-Scam Centre ICT Delivery Manager, you will: • Lead the operational management, continuous improvement and where necessary the delivery of the National Anti-Scam Centre technology services, ensuring alignment with strategic and business objectives. • Provide strategic leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams, establishing priorities, allocating resources and fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture. • Establish and maintain effective service delivery and data governance, reporting frameworks, roadmaps and operational processes to support sustainable and efficient service outcomes. • Oversee service performance, user satisfaction, reliability, security and operational resilience, ensuring technology services meet agreed business and customer expectations. • Lead delivery assurance activities to ensure services and enhancements are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with agreed governance and quality standards. • Managing costs, budgets, forecasting and resource allocation including monitoring long-term resourcing gaps. • Partner with technology leaders to develop and implement technology strategies, cybersecurity initiatives and complex data integration capabilities.
