About this role

Overview As a Project Officer, you will coordinate assigned civil and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, working closely with contractors, consultants, utility providers, government agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key responsibilities • Coordinate capital works and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. • Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement and documentation. • Liaise with contractors, consultants, utilities and key stakeholders. • Prepare tender and quotation documentation. • Monitor project risks and provide regular project reporting. • Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder engagement. About you • Experience in project administration or project officer roles, ideally within civil works or infrastructure projects. • Strong organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with corporate finance and records management systems. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills • Current Class C Driver's Licence.
