The Role Reporting to the Events Lead and based in Windsor NSW, the primary purpose of this role is to assist in the delivery of civic and community events, community engagement programs, administering Council’s Event Strategy and Council’s Event Sponsorship Program and the assistance with general public relations, community liaison and media relations including managing a range of communication programs relating to events within the Corporate Communications and Events Branch. There is a physical aspect to both positions which will include set up and pack down for events. About You You will be self-motivated and driven to deliver results in a fast paced work environment. You are passionate about community and general public relations . You will be eager to deliver exceptional experiences to the community whilst being an ambassador for Hawkesbury City Council. You have exceptional communication skills and be physically fit to lift and move equipment in order to perform therequirements of the position.
