Achieve Something Great We are seeking an ideal candidate who can manage multiple tasks, as you will be responsible for overseeing several departments and the doctors assigned to you. It is important that you can use your initiative and have a strong attention to detail. • Use initiative to prioritise workloads and solve problems effectively. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail when coordinating responsibilities. • Previous experience working within a medical team is highly regarded. Are You the Right Fit? The ideal candidate demonstrates the following: • Understanding of JMO Annual Medical Recruitment processes, AHPRA registration and visa requirements for Junior and Senior Medical Officers and TESL. • Experience preparing and taking accurate minutes for meetings. • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly StaffLink and experience using recruitment systems and databases, including ROB. • Ability to navigate complex processes while adhering to strict policy standards to assist in the end-to-end recruitment processes for the Medical Workforce.
