In this autonomous and rewarding role, you will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage complex and chronic health conditions, prescribe appropriate treatments, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible health outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical leadership while supporting quality improvement, education, mentoring and evidence-based practice in a rural healthcare setting.
