Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD. • Demonstrated senior nursing leadership and service management experience in a relevant clinical setting. • Proven ability to manage workforce, financial and physical resources to deliver safe, high-quality, culturally responsive care. • Demonstrated effective communication, multidisciplinary collaboration, conflict resolution and performance management skills. • Demonstrated critical thinking and experience in evidence-based practice, risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement.
