What you'll be doing Provision of timely and efficient administrative support to the Oral Health Service in line with current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures. This is a leadership position that requires a degree of adaptability, flexibility and problem solving in the application of existing resources to support higher level managements intent and priorities. Working collaboratively within the dental team, this role ensures smooth daily operations, coordinates patient services and provides guidance and instruction to support staff to enhance clinical efficiency. About You You are a highly organised and adaptable administrative professional with extensive experience providing efficient administrative support within busy healthcare environments. With a strong understanding of administration processes and modern office technologies, you confidently manage a diverse range of responsibilities while ensuring accuracy, professionalism and exceptional service delivery. You possess advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, along with experience using Patient Administration Systems and electronic patient records to support effective healthcare operations. Your excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills enable you to build positive working relationships and liaise confidently with staff, patients and stakeholders at all levels. You are recognised for your strong organisational abilities, effectively prioritising competing demands, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. As a proactive and dependable team member, you work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, provide leadership and support to administrative staff, and contribute to a collaborative and productive workplace culture. With a current unrestricted driver's licence and a willingness to travel, you are flexible and committed to delivering reliable support across a variety of locations and services within the network.
