About this role

Are you an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in civil or structural engineering and a passion for delivering complex infrastructure and asset upgrade projects? We are seeking a skilled professional to join a high-performing team responsible for managing engineering projects across a large and diverse property portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Provide specialist engineering advice across civil, structural and related disciplines. • Review and assess engineering designs, specifications, reports and technical documentation. • Manage engineering projects and upgrade works from planning through to completion. • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. • Coordinate consultants, contractors and professional service providers. • Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality outcomes and compliance requirements. • Support procurement, contract administration and stakeholder management activities. • Track project performance and provide regular reporting and status updates. • Ensure engineering solutions align with relevant legislation, standards and industry best practices. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. • 5–7+ years' experience in engineering project delivery, asset upgrades, infrastructure, property, or capital works environments. • Strong understanding of engineering design, project management principles and Australian standards. • Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing project priorities. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills. • Experience reviewing consultant designs, reports and technical recommendations. • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
