About this role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Officer to manage residential construction, modifications, renovations and maintenance projects. Reporting to the Principal Property Officer – Construction & Inspections, you will oversee multiple projects, manage external contractors and consultants, and provide expert advice on building and construction matters. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple construction and property projects concurrently. • Coordinate contractors, consultants and service providers. • Review and interpret residential building plans and specifications. • Ensure compliance with Australian Building Standards and the NCC. • Manage project risks, timelines and customer outcomes. • Liaise with customers, families and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions. About You • Experience in construction, building or project management. • Strong understanding of residential building plans and specifications. • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and database systems. Essential Requirements • Relevant qualifications and/or recent experience in construction or project management. • Strong knowledge of Australian Building Standards and the National Construction Code. • Experience managing external contractors and service providers.
