About the Company Davidson is partnering with a large Victorian Government organisation to recruit multiple Recruitment Campaigns Advisers (VPS4) for an initial three-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative recruitment team responsible for delivering large-scale, high-volume recruitment campaigns that support essential frontline services across Victoria. About the Role Working as part of a specialist recruitment function, you will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns from attraction through to onboarding. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, ensuring recruitment processes are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with a strong focus on candidate experience. Key responsibilities include: • Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple vacancies • Providing recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers • Coordinating and facilitating assessment centres and panel interviews • Managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to achieve recruitment outcomes • Monitoring campaign progress and providing regular reporting • Ensuring recruitment activities align with legislative and organisational requirements This is a full-time contract position based in Melbourne CBD, with an expectation to work onsite five days per week. About You To be successful, you'll bring: • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within high-volume or campaign recruitment environments • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels • Experience facilitating interviews, assessment centres or structured selection processes • A strong understanding of best practice recruitment methodologies and candidate management • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail • Previous Victorian Government or broader public sector recruitment experience will be highly regarded • Experience recruiting within highly regulated industries such as government, healthcare, emergency services or community services will be advantageous The Benefits • Initial 3-month contract with immediate start • Competitive hourly rate • Melbourne CBD location • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful recruitment initiatives supporting essential frontline services • Collaborative and supportive team environment • Gain valuable Victorian Government recruitment experience Please apply with current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
