About the Role Sydney Local Health District is one of the fastest growing Local Health Districts in New South Wales. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring. This position will be located across the SLHD Community Mental Health Services, including the Community Health Centres and Services based at Croydon, Canterbury, Camperdown, Redfern, Marrickville CHC. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. They will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. The Registered Nurse may work across multiple sites and within diverse models of care in the SLHD community mental health service.
