Join our dedicated Rehabilitation Ward team as a Registered Nurse and play a vital role in supporting patients on their journey to recovery. In this rewarding position, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or complex health conditions. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and contribute to achieving optimal health outcomes. What you will bring to the role • Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA. • Demonstrated recent experience and clinical skills as a Registered Nurse relevant to the position including completion of a new graduate Registered Nurse program or equivalent clinical experience. • Demonstrated capacity to provide effective nursing care that is person centred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services. • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work including working collaboratively. • Demonstrated effective communication using information technology, written and verbal means. • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and quality improvement. • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. • Ability to work a flexible rotating roster, day, evening or night shift across all days of the week according to requirements.
