• Must be able to obtain Baseline • 12 + 12 month contract • 6+ years working with SQL, SAS, R, and/or Python Our client an independent statutory agency which supports a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers, is looking for the services of a Senior Data Analyst . Key Duties and Responsibilities • Active participation in small, multi-disciplinary teams, in the design, build, deployment and maintenance of data assets and data products in the NDIAs cloud data platform; • Presentation of complex technical options, decisions and results tailored to audiences with different levels of technical and data literacy; • Data wrangling, profiling and quality assessment of new or changed data sources and new data integrations; • Design and prototype development of new data attributes and products; • Data validation testing including defect and anomaly remediation. Skills and Experience Required • Extensive data analysis experience with a strong ability to prototype high-quality solutions from complex disparate datasets; • Proven ability to work independently with a clear purpose and deliver high-quality outcomes with limited supervision under tight deadlines; • Ability to work as part of a team with active collaboration, sharing of skills and capacity; • Experience working within an industrialised Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environment and understanding of data pipelines, modelling and data and reporting platform architectures.
