As a consequence of increased market demand, an exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Product Manager to join a market leader in biometric and workforce technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative IoT products that connect physical devices with scalable cloud platforms. This is a high-impact role where you will own the vision, design, and delivery of integrated hardware and SaaS products. You will be backed by best of breed talent with engineering, manufacturing, and executive stakeholder expertise. Your mandate is to ensure products are delivered efficiently, securely, and aligned to market needs. Key Responsibilities: • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and drive the product roadmap • Deliver products across full lifecycle (concept → production → optimisation) • Collaborate with engineering, firmware, and cloud teams • Manage external vendors and ensure manufacturing and delivery alignment • Track performance metrics including adoption, uptime, and product quality Key experience required: • Proven product management expertise with 5+ years’ experience • Proven experience managing connected hardware + SaaS ecosystems • Vendor & Supply chain collaboration • Strong technical background in cloud, APIs, and embedded systems • Experience working with Azure environments • Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills As the key product manager for this Australian built and owned leader, you will work on innovative global products with a highly capable and supportive team of experts in the field of biometric products.
