Are you an experienced project leader who thrives on delivering complex technology initiatives and driving meaningful business outcomes? Greater Western Water is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our IT & Digital Portfolio Delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology projects that support our organisational transformation and enable trusted water services for our customers and communities. Responsibilities • Leading the delivery of complex IT projects and programs • Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies • Driving strong governance and reporting through project control groups and steering committees • Managing vendor and partner relationships • Developing business cases and funding submissions • Supporting change management and seamless business transition • Coaching and mentoring project management resources • Contributing to continuous improvement across delivery practices and project outcomes Skills & Experience • Significant experience leading complex IT projects • Strong knowledge of traditional and Agile delivery methodologies • Experience managing enterprise software, cloud/SaaS and infrastructure projects • Advanced project planning and scheduling capability, including MS Project • Strong financial management and budgeting experience • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills • Experience working in organisations undergoing significant transformation • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computing or a related discipline • PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or PMI PMP certification See yourself thrive!
