Please provide details of your qualifications. • Demonstrated competence in delivery of a large volume weekly payroll containing a variety of employment arrangements. • Provide an example of your experience administering and improving payroll time and attendance systems, including your role and the outcomes achieved. • Outline your experience analysing, interpreting and applying Award provisions, policies and relevant legislation within a payroll environment. • Please detail your experience building and maintaining a positive, engaged and customer-focused payroll team culture. • Provide examples of how you have built and maintained effective working relationships with stakeholders across different levels of an organisation. • Describe your approach to managing, prioritising and coordinating individual and team workloads to ensure payroll services are delivered accurately and within required deadlines. Desirable: • Experience in financial and administrative positions within a local government environment.
