TPB Business Support Officer

About this role

We are seeking an accomplished Business Support Officer to join our Corporate Services team. As a Business Support Officer, you will assist in the effective operation of the Tax Practitioners Board’s governance framework to meet legislative requirements and deadlines. You’ll contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of governance processes including, agenda preparation and administration. You will work closely with Board members, Executive and Committee Chairs to facilitate sound decision making, accountability and assurance, consistent with the requirements of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (PGPA Act) and related Commonwealth frameworks. You will collaborate with senior business partners including internal and external clients, to ensure governance processes are well managed, compliant and fit for purpose, in a complex and regulatory environment.
